Peanut butter Chocolate Chess Pie


Start with a Basic Whole Wheat Crust and partially prebake, then look up the Deluxe Chocolate Chess Pie from Ken's excellent book. Use four whole eggs instead of separating one of them b/c little proto-pie makers make it tough to justify the mess and time to separate yolks.  To the melting chocolate, add 2tbsp unsalted peanut butter (the kind you have to stir).

Bake as instructed.
